Directions
- Heat some oil in a Kadhai.
- Once oil gets hot, add cinnamon, msutard seeds, bay leaves and fennel seeds and fry for a minute.
- Add the chopped onions, pinch of salt and curry leaves. Fry till golden.
- Add the chicken and sit occasionally for 5 mins.
- Add the rest of the spices and sugar and mix well. Cook for 10 mins.
- Add some water and cover with a lid. Cook for 20 mins.
- Keep tossing the chicken in between, add more water if required.
- Garnish with some tempered curry leaves and roasted red chilies.
